Cancellation Policy

To provide our team with the time they reserve, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Please note the following:

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: A $30 fee will apply.
  • Same-day cancellations: You will be charged the full price of the scheduled services
  • Missed appointments/no-shows: 100% of the appointment cost will be charged and you will need to reschedule.
  • Habitual cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future services.

Effective October 4, 2024, we will require a credit card to be held on file for appointment scheduling. This card will only be charged in the instances outlined above.

Reason for cancellation policy: Our team is on a 100% commission-based pay structure, and they lose income in the event of last-minute cancellations and/or no-shows. With a minimum 24hrs notice, we can typically find a guest from our waiting list to fill the spot. With less than 24hrs, the appointment may go unfilled resulting in a loss of income for the service provider. Thank you for your understanding!
