Cancellation Policy

To give value to our staff’s time, we ask for a minimum of 24hrs notice
for all cancellations. Guests who need to cancel or reschedule their appointment with less than 24hrs notice will be subject to a $30 fee at the time of cancellation and/or in order to reschedule. In case of a missed appointment/no-show, we charge 100% of the appointment scheduled and will be required to reschedule a future appointment. Habitual cancellations without sufficient notice or missed/no-show appointments may require prepaying for a portion or all of future services to be rendered.
As of November 1st, 2022 we require a credit card to be held on file to schedule appointments. The card on file will only be charged in the event of the previously described situations.

Reason for cancellation policy: Our team is on a 100% commission-based pay structure, and they lose income in the event of last-minute cancellations and/or no-shows. With a minimum 24hrs notice, we can typically find a guest from our waiting list to fill the spot. With less than 24hrs, the appointment may go unfilled resulting in a loss of income for the service provider. Thank you for your understanding!
