Cancellation Policy

To give value to our staffs time, we ask for a minimum of 24hrs notice for all cancellations. Guests who needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment with less than 24hrs notice will be subject to a $30 fee in order to reschedule. Habitual cancellations without sufficient notice may result in being required to prepay for a portion or all of future services to be rendered. We understand that personal emergencies do happen. In the event of such a case, please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we may work with you to ensure your needs are met.

Reason for cancellation policy: Our team is on a 100% commission pay structure, and they miss out on needed income in the case of last minute cancellations and/or no shows. With a minimum 24hrs notice, we can typically find a guest from our waiting list to fill the spot. With less than 24hrs, the spot may go unfilled resulting in loss of income for the service provider.
